EARTHFADE™

Biodegradable Fabrics

By infusing our polyester and nylon with a special catalyst, these fabrics don't just decay—they transform. Once buried in landfills, the catalyst activates, accelerating the biodegradation process.
This means plastics that once persisted for centuries will now return to the earth.

Anti-UPF

By heating the fibrous part of coconut shells to 1200°C, activated charcoal can be produced. When blended with polyester and other chemicals, it can form coconut charcoal pellets. By diluting it with polyester as a carrier, it can be spun into both filament and staple fibers of coconut charcoal.

Non-Toxic

100% bio-based susterra® is petroleum-free and derived from fermentation process which resource from a sustainable & renewable dextrose. Lightweight, breathable protection from the elements. susterra® can really help bring an outfit together, adding effortless comfort to adventures in any climate.

RECIRCLE™

Closed Loop Materials

Our RECIRCLE™ range showcases our commitment to a greener future by utilizing a range of recycled materials, from yarns to membranes, we’re not only designing fabrics but also reimagining them.

Material used in RECIRCLE™

Low Carbon
Footprint

TOPGREEN® Bio3 PET utilizes LanzaTech cutting-edge biotechnology which transforms industrial waste gas into low carbon MEG that is then utilized in PET filaments production. TOPGREEN® Bio3 PET made from this technology can be recycled through existing recycling systems and continues to provide more solutions to net-zero emissions.

Recycle

Traceable

TOPGREEN® recycled filament is an outstanding environment-friendly fiber based on the material of recycled post-consumer PET bottles, which were process though grinding, washing, melting, re-polymerizing, spinning and texturing into yarn.
Ocean Recycled Filament diverts plastic waste from entering our oceans, compared to virgin based, Ocean Recycled Filament reduces CO2 emission up to 50%.

Recycle

Close Loop
Cycle

RENU uses unneeded clothing, leftovers from production, and shredded materials (dough) as raw materials, and goes through chemical processes such as disassembly and repolymerization. Participation in the RENU® project signifies supporting this “From Garment to Garment” system, making contributions to society and the environment on a global scale.

Recycle

Close Loop
Cycle

InResST starts by reclaiming nets used in deep-sea fisheries and offshore aquaculture as well as rope material from shipping operations. InResST is made through physical modification. Promote fishery participants to join the circular economy and solve the industrial closed loop.

PUREGUARD™

Eco-Friendly Textile Finishes

Elevating your fabrics with the purity of PUREGUARD™ featuring in bio-based to water-dissolvable solutions, ensures your fabrics receive the best treatment without compromising the planet.

Management

100% microalgae oil extracted from dried microalgae biomass which has been grown in controlled, sealed environments, and used as a replacement for petroleum-derived agents. It exhibits excellent moisture absorption capabilities, enhancing the fabric’s wicking speed and consequently promoting sweat cooling.

Bio-Based

PFC-Free

Teflon EcoElite™ is a durable water repellent with bio-based, PFAS-FREE stain repellent and water repellent.

Non-Toxic

Polygiene® is a high-tech functional antibacterial material that utilizes silver salts from nature and recycled silver ions. After processing, the silver ions on the fabric can effectively eliminate bacteria, achieving an antibacterial effect.
